Madiyah Al Sharqi LLC will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship worldwide*. Orders will be processed within 3-10 business days of receiving the authorized payment, subject to special requirements or specifications, credit card clearance, stock, your location, address verification, shipping time and customs delay. For any unreasonable delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
All orders will be shipped through DHL courier services. When your order is shipped, an email is sent to you informing you of the tracking number. NOTE: Any duties and taxes incurred in the county of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery, for any reason you refuse delivery, or unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your order will be returned to Madiyah Al Sharqi LLC and you will be charged for the unpaid duties, taxes and additional shipping costs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We value and prioritize our customer’s satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return your unused item(s) within 14 days from the date of receipt in its original packaging and in the same condition. As we monitor the exchanges carefully, we may refuse to accept them if a fair reason was not provided. To avoid this inconvenience, we always recommend you to review the product description and our Sizing Chart in detail before making any purchase.
Any item(s) returned after 14 days will not be exchanged. We do not offer refund. In the event that transaction error has occurred through the absolute fault of Madiyah Al Sharqi LLC, a refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.

Any return postage costs will be at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Do I need an account to order?
You can use the CHECK OUT AS A GUEST option. With or without account, you can shop at madiyahalsharqi.com, but creating an account makes placing an order easier.
What do I do if I forgotten my password?
Go to the login page and click on Forgot Password. You will receive an email at your registered email address with instructions on creating a new password. For more help please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We use encryption to protect your information and we do not retain your credit card information.
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
What payments are accepted?
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED, USD and EURO.
How do I know what size would fit me best?
You can click on the Sizing Chart tab in each product listing to determine your correct size.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders are shipped through DHL courier service. All orders must be signed for upon delivery. For more information, please review our Shipping and Delivery page or email us at email@example.com.
How can I track my order?
Your order will be dispatched as soon as your payment has been authorized, and we'll email you with a tracking number so that you can monitor it's every move until it reaches your door.
What if I want to return an item?
We work hard to ensure we fulfill your order and that they are of highest quality. However, if you wish to return, you may do so. Return the unused item in its original packaging and condition within 14 days of package receipt and we will replace the item(s). Please note however that we reserve the right to honor your request for replacement.
